Our business is a travel agent. The travel agency is a public service include the provision of all tourist accommodation needed by tourists, both domestic and from abroad. And travel will be much easier to do because of all matters relating to technical problems the trip has been facilitated by the agent. Now travel agencies in performing their activities are more online than offline. Travelers generally now utilize the Internet ranging from seeking information about interesting attractions to visit, book a plane ticket, book a hotel, book a taxi and so forth.

Before we do business, we need to look at the opportunities for us to gain the material and non material that makes our lives more meaningful and successful. We learn in advance the amount of opportunities to make a profit and far from loss. We do this so that we really solid in selecting and determining the next steps. In addition it also so that we avoid the risk of loss that should not happen. For this purpose we use a SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats). This analysis was to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in starting a business. How to force able to generate profit from the opportunities that exist. How to overcome the weaknesses that can diminish the benefits of the opportunities that exist, how the strength to face the threats that exist, how to overcome weaknesses that could make the threat becomes real.

Many people began to realize that in order to live a happy life, just not quite met the physical needs, but also spiritual needs. One man's spiritual needs is a refreshing form of entertainment. One positive entertainment that can help people get out of the routine of daily life is to travel. Can travel anywhere, out of town, out of the region or even abroad, according to the ability of each bag.

In 2013 there are 5,536,419 passengers served by 22 544 units Inter-City Inter-Province bus and managed by 926 Bus Companies. January to August 2015 there are 9.7 million passenger ships (BPS), which is served by 28 passenger ships stopping in 91 ports in Indonesia.

4. Total Community Intermediate upwards and Elderly Increased

The upper middle class society is the dominant consumer to business travel agent. This Group  increase in numbers. This automatically increases the opportunity for travel agents to increase their sales targets. Traveling has become part of the lifestyle of the people of Indonesia. Visa reports predict travel trends and travel within the next 10 years (2015 to 2025), states that Indonesia is predicted to experience the highest growth in spending while traveling in Asia-Pacific with an increase of 211%, which was initially only US $ 5.1 billion in 2015 to US $ 16 billion in 2025.

There are a number of factors that have an impact on global travel and reveal the average number of annual household expenditure Indonesian people when  travel is predicted to increase by 47% to US $ 8,214. The main factors include the increasing number of middle-class society, the wider internet connectivity, improvement of transport infrastructure in many countries, and also with the elderly population in the world is increasing. 5. The development of information technology


The development of technology that connects information around the world also make traveled becomes easier. Although the number of mobile phone users in Indonesia are actively accessing the internet is still little, this number is predicted to increase. As increasing numbers of airline, flight number and the number of airports have an impact on price competition is increasing as well. It is very beneficial for passengers. Prospective passengers have plenty of choice and certainly look for the most affordable tickets.
