EXAMPLE PUBLISHING AGREEMENT 2

Article 10

Any violation of the provisions of Article 6 of the foregoing are made by the FIRST PARTY to the SECOND PARTY, is legally null and void, and therefore without a demand from the SECOND PARTY, all rights and obligations under this agreement remains fully valid for the SECOND PARTY.

Article 11

SECOND PARTY promise therefore was bound by his promise:

- Mandatory announced, reproduce / publish manuscripts FIRST PARTY work;

- If this period is exceeded, being turned out of the SECOND PARTY has not announcement / publication of the works contained in the text of the FIRST PARTY: BY LAW back therefore entitled MONEY ADVANCE has been paid by the SECOND PARTY within a period of no more than 1 (one) year since signing of this agreement;

Article 12

Without prejudice to the right of the FIRST PARTY to provide suggestions and advice, the SECOND PARTY fully entitled and authorized to establish: the design, the book's format, and how the sales price.

Article 13

Without changing the meaning and true aim, the SECOND PARTY has the right to necessary change, enhance or edit the title and the content of the FIRST PARTY arrangement according to good grammar, and serves as a common practice in the world of book publishing.

Article 14

Before printing propagation (mass print), FIRST PARTY shall first examine the manuscript clean edits, or proofs or something at least once and then affixed with a printed approval; in case something because that allows the FIRST PARTY can not comply with its obligations above then, the SECOND PARTY basing themselves in good faith will carry these things on the basis of considerations: the efficiency of time and cost savings.

Article 15

(1) The FIRST PARTY is entitled to receive from the SECOND PARTY each of as many as 15 (fifteen) copies of the book as an example of the first printing and reproduction evidence as much as ten (10) copies again for each subsequent reprints.

(2) The FIRST PARTY is entitled to buy their own books the essay in any amount, to receive a discount / rebate amounting to a maximum of 25% (twenty five percent).

Article 16

For the purposes of promotion, reviews, prizes, and other complementary things that are non-profit or free of charge. SECOND PARTY allowed to reproduce or print more than the amount specified in Article 2, with a maximum of 10% maximum print multiplication of the number of prints for each edition of 15 copies and the multiplication of the number is not taken into account in the royalties / honoraria, which was originally obtained by the FIRST PARTY.

Article 17

(1). If the FIRST PARTY dies, then all rights and obligations with respect to this agreement and

avoid switch and binds completely to the legitimate heir of the FIRST PARTY.

(2). Determination heir FIRST PARTY shall be implemented within a period not later than six (6) months after the death of the FIRST PARTY.

(3). In the case of the FIRST PARTY heirs more than one person then, they must appoint one of them to represent them in dealing with the SECOND PARTY.

(4). In terms of the provisions of paragraphs 2 and 3 of this article is not neglected it, the SECOND PARTY is entitled to exercise all rights and obligations to the FIRST PARTY under this agreement are well under applicable propriety.

Article 18

Everything that is not or insufficiently regulated in this agreement, can be resolved by the two parties by mutual agreement and set forth separately, however, the setting itself is not separate from the agreement, and also does not conflict with the basic provisions concerning the rules of publishing and printing applicable.

Article 19

For all the consequences of the implementation of this agreement, both parties mutually agree and agree to choose permanent legal domicile and general in the Office of Registrar of the High Court of  Bekasi.

WITNESS

This Agreement is made and signed by both parties in Bekasi, on the above mentioned date that has been called at the beginning of this agreement.
